Included in every inspection you'll receive a detailed report, complete with photos of your property, highlighting exactly where mold was detected. This allows you to give the remediation team of your choosing accurate information.

RESIDENTIAL

We provide home mold detection for all homes.

Under 1,000 SQFT: $600 (1 hour)

1,000-2,000 SQFT: $950 (1-2 hours)

2,000-4,000 SQFT: $1150 (2-3 hours)

4,000 SQFT and Above: $1550 (3-4 hours)

COMMERCIAL

We provide commercial detection for all sized businesses

1,000-2,000 SQFT: $950 (1-2 hours)

2,000-4,000 SQFT: $1150 (2-3 hours)

4,000-6,000 SQFT: $1550 (3-4 hours)

6,000-8,000 SQFT: $2000 (4-5 hours)

8,000-10,000 SQFT: $2500 (5-6 hours)

10,000+ SQFT: Email for quote

Recreational Vehicles

We provide home mold detection for all types of vehicles.

Vehicles: $150 each

RV/Travel Trailer: $500

Boats: $200-$500 (depending on size)
